  MONSTERS ARE NOT REAL BUT HUMANS ARE Animal cruelty , it means the range of behavior that are harmful to animals from neglect to malicious killing.  In the UNITED STATES, there is no federal animal cruelty law. But in some countries there are federal laws:  1. Animal Welfare Act 2. The Marine Mammal  3. Protection Act  4. The Endangered Species Act Every state has an animal cruelty statue and some offers stronger protection than the others. Hence, the legal definition of "ANIMAL CRUELTY" will vary according to the state and region and country.  THE COMMON UNDERSTANDING : Animal cruelty cases makes headlines around the world every day and every hour.
